About the Course

Shut off your working mind, and let your body do the thinking.
In this holistic class, we start off by practicing pranayama, the Yogic breathing techniques. This helps us turn inward, and it stimulates the free movement of our prana, the life force energy. Afterwards, we engage in more intense movement with a Vinyasa flow that is designed in accordance with the myofascial meridians running throughout our whole body. In other words, we specifically target one, or two complementary tension lines of muscles and fascia. As a result, we release emotional tension that is stored physically in our fascia, and we restore a healthy natural alignment of our body and mind leaving us well-balanced and ready to tackle the second half of our working day.
