About the Course
This class focuses on reshaping the body to create a voluptuous yet firm butt and a strong core. It incorporates a combination of Yoga and Pilates adding elements of both ballet and hip hop dance. Beginning with a short slow flow we move into the main focus of the class which is a fast paced workout sequence fixating mainly on the butt and core. Then we ease into a slow flow ending with shavasana and reiki to ease you back into the rest of your day, leaving you feeling energized yet calm.
