What are the practices that bring greater awareness and pleasure into our lives and our relationships?
In this course participants will learn tools, practices and rituals for blissfull touch, greater embodiment, emotional awareness and higher consciousness.
We will introduce different forms of meditation that increase witnessing capacity and self-reflection as well as forms of trauma sensitive body work and emotional release:

We will be exploring non-verbal relating practices to create intimacy and to practice being seen in our authentic, vulnerable and playfull natures.

What is Conscious Sensuality?
As we use the term, Conscious Sensuality is the practice of utilizing our senses to become more conscious. It is not focused just on s*xuality. But s*xuality is a key aspect of Conscious Sensuality because there we experience some of the most intense sensations and emotions in our lives. By exploring our sensuality and s*xuality consciously we are practicing the art of using pleasure for the purpose of greater understanding, compassion, empathy and love.
