What builds the closeness between you and others?
What are you talking about? Hobbies, work, politics?
What if you will talk about your inner world?
What if you will remark how really it works, not only what you think about it?
Are you showing your strong sides only or your vulnerability, your desires, your shame and doubts can also excepted and schared? what do you see in people next to you? Do you remark your own expectations and feelings comparing your thoughts with reality?
This evening we will play some authentic games and make some authentic exercises (some non-sexual touching included), where you can find something new about yourself and people around, about your way to be in contact and build the closeness
