About the facilitators:

Theresa

Theresa is a Coach for Transformation and Energy Healing. Her mission is to assist sensitive people on their journey into a state of inner safety and self trust. As a certified Life Alignment Practitioner and with a background in theatre and philosophy she connects all her knowledge with her intuition to create a unique experience for her clients and groups. Nature inspires her daily and has an immense impact on her work.   She loves to create safe spaces where people feel free to meet all aspects of themselves. She believes that we are all capable of holding ourselves and that we find everything we need inside of us. IG: @free_dreaming_soul  Karl-Henrik Karl-Henrik has received a Bachelors in International Psychology, is accredited in Life Purpose Coaching and also a Certified Hatha & Chakra Yoga Teacher. He is continuously focused on exploring and integrating new practices in the areas of psychology, spirituality and movement. Henrik Devabodhi has gained substantial experience both receiving and facilitating in a number of workshops. With honesty and kindness, he is committed to hold space for whatever emerges. His presence, determination, and compassionate insight into self-exploration lead him to be a very powerful guide for facilitating a space of introspection and pure being.
