Gunnar and Karl-Henrik are inviting you to our upcoming workshop:

"Male sexuality - Exploring our Relationship with our own sexuality, (self)-pleasure and pornography

In an open, vulnerable, and safe space of fellow men and brothers, we are gathering for an evening of diving into exploring our relationship with sexuality, (self)-pleasure, and pornography. The idea of this workshop is to open a space to exchange among other men and experience that there are a variety of ways we can empower ourselves and each other to bring more consciousness to our own sexuality and shape, live and embody it in a way that feels authentic, powerful and true.

First, we will set the foundation and establish trust by getting to know each other and communicating our truth through sharing circles and 1-1 connection exercises. We will take a look at our individual feelings and situations, with honesty and with self-compassion.

After having established community, honesty, and connection, the evening proceeds with a movement flow, and then a short informative presentation about the effects of pornography on our behavior and brain chemistry, followed by a sharing round. We will conclude our evening with a meditation, where we consciously explore how our sexual energy feels in the body and follow up with what we take from that and how we can support ourselves and each other in our personal processes.

It’s going to be open, vulnerable, honest safe, compassionate joyful, deep, and yet lighthearted.
