In this series, somatic educator & therapist Florian & yoga teacher Hendrik with a degree in psychology will guide you through a shared and co-created experimental journey.

In a brave space, with methods out of mindful movement, meditation, yoga and conscious engagement – always re-connecting the bodily experience through sharing circles – we will witness each other in allowing to embody both: the origin of male and female divinity seeded inside of us.

Take this chance to yield into both energies inside of you in a committed circle of curios humans, daring to be seen and grow.

For no matter your gender or identity, we all carry these in us: masculine and feminine energy. And by embracing them both, allowing to manifest and be witnessed in appreciation – we nurture both to reach their divine potential.

About the two facilitators:

Henrik has received a Bachelors in International Psychology, is accredited in Life Purpose Coaching and also a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. He is continuously focused on exploring and integrating new practices in the areas of psychology, spirituality and movement. Henrik has gained substantial experience both receiving and facilitating in a number of workshops. With honesty and kindness, he is committed to hold space for whatever emerges. His presence, determination, and compassion insight into self-exploration lead him to be a very powerful guide for facilitating a space of introspection and pure being.
