What brought you to Yoga?
The undeniable need to strengthen the link between body and mind… and what I found was even with consciousness culture we continue to see the mind and head as the intelligence center, I wanted to somatically understand how to disperse my intelligence throughout my body. Yoga was the way for me to do this.
My classes: Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga-Pilates (Yogalaties)
