Katja is a mindfulness coach and founder of mindflexible. She focuses her work especially on self-compassion, communication and stress management. After several years as business consultant she has developed a facilitation style marked by empathy, curiosity and humor. Katja first got in touch with mindfulness when she had to go through a tough family crisis. Learning from Buddhist philosophy about reason and relief of human suffering radically shifted her perspective on life, relationships, work and self-perception. Now, she loves to provide the opportunity to other people to gain new perspectives and integrate more joy, serenity and self-determination in their daily life. Katja offers regular meditation classes, workshops about self-compassion as well as the multi-week mindfulness course "becoming mindflexible" in Berlin and online.
