What brought you to yoga?
It's actually a funny story - I was still a teenager and I was impressed with Madonna and her flexibility at her age. I heard she was practicing yoga so I decided to give it a try. The first class was a transformative experience - I felt amazing so I started to go to classes every day. And I never stopped practicing and learning about yoga philosophy. I guess it doesn't matter what brings us to yoga initially, it's important what we learn along the way.
My classes: I teach mostly Vinyasa - a breath-led practice, in which each breath is connected to a movement. What I love about it is that it's very creative, can be challenging but also soft. Perfect to work on both strength and flexibility.
